Great customer service! I had to measure for 19 windows with some being very complicated and every time I called, the team was really helpful. All windows fit great and installation was really easy. Will use again on my new house!!

I ordered the plantation cafe shutters for my bathroom. They are perfect for letting in the light but also providing privacy. They were easy to install according to my handyman and they look great! Quality wood and product.
Superior product and expert design and fit. My initial measurements caused am issue with center rail placement. They recognized the issue and worked with me to correct it in a way that pleased me. Will order more!
I was impressed by the excellent customer service and the quality of the shutters. I run an Adult Foster Care home and one of my clients had ripped the shutter off it's hinges. (The hinge at been drilled directly into the woodwork and didn't have a brace.) With the wood braces (I'm sure that's not the technical term) provided as part of their shutters, I know I won't be having that problem again. Very thorough, great assistance with instructing you how to measure, they give you a CAD drawing with all the measurements laid out so you have a final chance to agree to the build of them. They spent time on the phone answering all questions. Great service, great fit and they arrived in excellent condition and are so pretty!
Ordered shutters here for two different houses. I measured myself with a metal tape measure. Three times horizontal three times vertical using the largest number. I Order online and the next day I get a phone call with a person going over every detail of the order. I have ordered the vinyl and this last time the wood shutters. Each shutter fits perfectly.
