Bad experience with the shutter store. Placed order and was told production line is 'like Disneyland' and delivery would be take 5 weeks. 10 days after placing the order I requested a small size change to our shutters. Was told it was too late to change. Dominique was the rep and refused to help despite repeated requests. Very poor customer service - would not recommend this company.
Received two shutters one was fine the other had freight damage and defects in the other. Have taken tons of pictures and am having to jump through hoops trying to get a new shutter. Not the way to run a reputable company. I am totally disappointed with the Shutter Store's customer service. The shutters themselves are great but is it really worth all the hassle when there is a problem that they created. I think not. Nancy Hammon
Ordered shutters for one window and loved them. Ordered shutters for second window August 5 and still waiting. Received wrong frame and contacted customer service about the error and after taking numerous pictures and video they agreed to send new frame. After waiting 9-10 weeks contacted The Shutter Store again to find out status of that order and was told the person that I dealt with was no longer employed by them and the frame was never reordered. Love, love, love the new plantation shutters. They were delivered in 2 weeks. Super easy to install and grey look amazing!
