I contacted Shower Pros for an impromptu bathroom remodel due to a leaking shower pan. From the first contact, I knew I had found the right people. Juan A**** made the process stress-free and seamless. He was great when it came to selections and coordinating the project. The crew did excellent work and cleaned up daily throughout the project. After living with a large Jacuzzi tub for 20 years that was never used even once we decided it was time to replace the wasted space with a shower. The Shower Pros were contracted by us in December 2017 to retile our master bathroom including the shower. We had to have this work done as when our house was built in 2003, the shower pan was not installed correctly causing water damage to the bathrooms subfloor. Juan A**** and his team of installers did an excellent job in assisting in the tile selection, ordering and installation. The Shower Pros gutted my old bathroom removing my old fiberglass tub, toilet and vanity. The put in a new tube, tile walls surrounding the tub and new floor tile. The bathroom looks 100% better than I could have hoped for. All work was done in a timely manner and I didn't have any cleanup. Juan actually called me saying I had over paid him. This is a business with integrity. Great person and company.
I am totally pleased with the shower remodel. Juan A**** made the whole process go very smoothly. The workers showed up at the appointed times and everything was done very professionally. We recently upgraded our upstairs bathroom, and we are very happy with the work that The Shower Pros did. Juan ***** was on top of everything, helped us with the tile selection, gave us ideas on how to set the bench in the shower, etc. He kept us informed during all the construction phase. This is the second time we have contacted Juan A**** for bathroom updates. The first time was to update the 2 downstairs baths, and this time was to update the bonus room bath. The projects were started and finished on a timely basis, and the results are great. We can't say enough about how well we worked with the plumbers, tile crew, etc., and Juan's prices were better than any other estimates we got. Highly recommend "The Shower Pros".
