Dear BBB: Juan A**** and Floor Factory staff did an excellent job in ordering, estimating, and installing floor tile in a 1970's townhouse. Juan and his team at Shower Pros are first rate! They remodeled my master bath, full bath and half bath and did it ahead of schedule and exactly as quoted.
