I really don’t understand how anyone gets to tour this property. I scheduled a tour for a Saturday and waited 25 minutes for someone to come before giving up. They have a number that you can text to supposedly get faster responses, so I texted the number on Saturday three times (and also called multiple times) to no answer. Perfectly good place to live, pretty fair rates especially for the area. Stephen is the property manager and is great, always quick with repairs and friendly. That being said, the place is only good if you can even get through the awful process of working with upper management and getting a lease. The building looks nice enough, but the management is awful. It's almost as if they don't want anyone living there. Ericka, who I believes handles the leasing, barely ever answered her email with questions that I had. She also never picked up her phone when you called her, she did text back occasionally after 3 days, but the communication was awful. Tried to rent an apartment, they took the $50 application fee and then did not respond to emails, texts and phone calls on the status of the application.
Living in this building during quarantine has been a nightmare. Hardly, a week goes by without construction. In the first week of lock-down, they allowed workers in the building despite CDC rules calling for no new personnel in residential buildings. Workers hardly wore masks, and blocked entryways into the buildings, making it impossible to safely enter/exit.
