The new amenities are amazing. Everything is brand new-and the gym has as much equipment as most membership gyms. I have never seen anything like this in Lubbock before. Finally a mature and sophisticated community for Texas Tech students.

Great gym, awesome location, and great size townhome apartments! I love my townhouse here because it's so different than a regular dorm or apartment! I love being able to walk to tailgates and games too!! Huge perk!
