Office staff are approachable and friendly, and are helpful. The location is very convenient for college students. Overall, the community is nice and well kept.
The Scarlet is a great place to live for our college students. My son lives here and we have never had any issues. The staff is responsive to any need we have had within 24 hours. We will be renewing our lease for sure.

Moved my daughter into The Scarlet this weekend and we are so extremely pleased with her apartment as well as the complex! Affordable, great location, amazing amenities, beautiful grounds, and helpful staff! We have a few maintenance issues to deal with but work orders submitted and already beginning to be addressed! ❤️🖤❤️🖤
