EMILY FROM LEASING IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE. Earlier today i called to ask about housing and talked to a Emily. I am a student at TTU. i drive their and before i get out I see this lady which i assume was Emily as she came out of the leasing office and started yelling and demanding at this poor guy to go get her missing items. The scarlet is a great apartment complex for student living! The apartments are very clean and spacious!
Great tour and super friendly staff! The day I went for tour they also had catering and got free lunch!

Great place to live, management is friendly and have great service
The staff are always very friendly and helpful and they are always quick to respond. They have an amazing clubhouse and always have events in the clubhouse for us to enjoy!
The scarlet is a great apartment complex for student living! It is so close to campus and university it makes walking to campus and places very convenient. My favorite thing about the closeness is that they offer transport services to and from the university which saves you from having to by a parking pass on campus! Also the scarlet has lots of room for parking and keeps the apartment complex very clean! The apartments themselves are great and include great amenities!!
