Michele Balacco who owns Deditors and also works for the SAVI Group is an Italian scammer who charged my credit cards when I was overseas hospitalized in Europe. He was the owner of Mito LLC and Starlight which he closed (both companies) after I contacted him to reverse the unauthorized charges of my credit cards! Santiago has done an excellent work of managing my properties for me just as one out of state property owner. This individual keeps me knowledgeable of tenant concerns, is helpful and reactive when dealing with HOA difficulties and recently performed a great job of getting my property cleaned up plus rented within Four weeks of a tenant vacating.
