We are local and finding yummy healthy food on Sanibel is a struggle! We are soooooo grateful for Sanibel Sprout! They have the best desserts, coffees, etc. The cold remedy green tea is soothing and amazing (ask about it)! Best of all, it is such a happy friendly place - a rarity on the islands for some reason. My 11yo vegetarian daughter has suffered through enough cheese pizzas as she watches the rest of her omnivore family eat at other restaurants, so we were tickled to find this gem. It is DELICIOUS. Not “delicious for vegan food.” Just delicious. It is fresh, both in idea and ingredients. I am not vegetarian, and I plan to make this place a regular in our Sanibel rotation.

Really enjoyed eating here. Being gluten and dairy free options are limited. Recommend the grilled vegetable panini on gluten free bread and the garden goddess juice drink. I really was looking forward to the vegetable curry soup but sadly they sold out.
My friend & I had the Mexican salad on November 10th & it was delicious & amazing. Can't wait to come back & try the other menu items. Everything looks wonderful - so healthy and fresh.
This is the third consecutive year we've come to Sanibel Island and Sanibel Sprout is our "go to" place to eat super delicious prepared meals, juices, and smoothies. It's pretty much the only local eatery where we can find fresh organic vegan meals and has a wonderful vibe!
Another fantastic lunch from the Sanibel Sprout! Japanese Brussel sprouts and Kale salad. As a special added bonus we got to visit with Edith!
