I give a three because the service is not good. Slow service and only one out of three girls were friendly. The thai spring rolls were very over priced and disappointing. The nachos and grilled veggie panini were very very good! ( panini is made on sliced bread)
Run, don't walk to this place! Amazing food, friendly staff and did I say amazing food?!!! Tried the Thai spring rolls, the portabello dish and fell immediately in love with the coconut"bacon" BLT. All are ridiculously delicious!
Amazing! The Mexican salad is delicious! The walnut taco “meat” is perfect!
A jewel of a place and the focus of our annual visit to Captiva. We managed to eat at The Sprout 5 times during a weeklong stay! The food, juices and ambiance are exquisite-- probably the best vegan menu we've ever encountered. The coconut bacon BLT is to die for!

I have been all over the world and haven't found vegan or even vegetarian food as good as that served here. Sanibel Sprout kept me alive while I was here for three weeks editing my book. Japanese Brussel Sprout Salad, Veg Curry, Spring Rolls, Lentil Hummus, juices, smoothies and desserts were fantastic. I had the Acai Bowl five times! Nikki please consider a cookbook or blog for sharing your recipes! The portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable.
