I've been wanting to eat and try more vegan food and I've finally found a place. I went in not knowing what to expect but The Sanibel Sprout exceeded my expectations. From the food to the decor it was awesome. The curry is so good but I have to try so much more. This place is a gem. Come eat here. You will not be disappointed.
Our expectations were blown away! Very positive / relaxing vibe with energy that exudes happiness, joy, peace and conscience eating!! We enjoyed the Happy Belly Salad, Indian Veggie Curry Soup and BY FAR the best Veggie Pho in the area!! The ladies serving are friendly, earth aware, local farm promoters and environmentally savvy. If your looking for some excellent Vegan fare with smart knowledgeable conversation thrown into the mix; Sanibel Sprout is your stop!!
I absolutely loved my mexican salad with walnut meat. Sooooo worth it! Will definitely be back when I'm back to the island
First time today and tried the veggie curry! It was delicious!!! I wish I could take this place back to Michigan with me. I'm coming back and getting the raw lasagna tomorrow. Amazing!

I'm an omnivore and like many of my ilk, I've thought that food this healthy had to be dry and tasteless. WRONG! Every single item I've had at the Sanibel Sprout has been delicious. The owner has an amazing grasp of flavors and textures: the Avocado Toast has great crunch, richness and a Cayenne zing; her waffles are filling and flavorful; the desserts are faultless and guilt-free. What an great addition to our islands!
I stopped here for lunch when I was in the area and it was honestly the best meal I've ever had. Recommend making it a priority to stop here if you are in the area!
