Oh my is the food and smoothies here good! Wish I could go every day.
I had been on Sanibel for a week before I discovered the Sprout which is probably a good thing since I would have been there every damn day! I had the Spicy Veggie Indian Curry soup and am now craving it badly! Also tasted the Taco salad with walnut meat....to die for! Now I need recipes for both so I. An attempt to recreate in Wisconsin to get me through until next year! I highly recommend- delightful staff, fun atmosphere, and the food is divine!!

Love it! If you're looking for healthy food on Sanibel Island - this is the place! Juices, smoothies, healthy sweet treats, delicious food, delightful atmosphere!
Well worth the $6 to cross onto Sanibel (take some time to stick your feet in the Gulf while you're there), all the food was freshly made. A homey atmosphere, with books galore to peruse while waiting, made The Sanibel Sprout a very pleasant experience. Warning: this is a very pricey lunch, nearly $80 for three of us who admittedly tried the fresh juice, the chocolate zucchini cake, the most amazing donut I've ever tasted, and all was gluten-free. Had lunch at Sanibel Sprout yesterday. It was all AMAZING! Buys all organic when they can. Can't wait to go back next time we come to Ft. myers. Wish our town had this cafe. So hard to find vegan places to eat. 😋
