I can't speak for the other employees that work there, they wouldn't ever get a 5 star review from me. However Tracy went out of her way to not only give me a call back, but she is helping us tomorrow. She really cares about her community and the salvation army. We may even get to volunteer. They also have job fairs, open positions,and could use more volunteers. She truly is a godsend.
Love the pantry, hate how difficult it is to use it. Impossible to schedule an appointment with this pantry, employees tell you to do everything online, managers never answer the phone. Scheduling appointments is time limited and once they are filled no one can help you.
They got after school programs, summer camps,youth band etc that help build kids morally upright. Will continue to recommend parents to send their kids to salvation army for kids' activities.
