Update:I went back today because they prepared 2 cupcakes made with whipcream for me (well made enough for others as well haha). After the great customer care i have received... how could I not change my 1 star to 5!! The cupcakes I got today were mouth watering good! Thank you for everything!! following the page for a while. Finally tried it today. Got four different kinds. Tried the salted caramel vanilla bean. Frosting tasted just like butter. Horrible! Never again. Definitely not at the price I paid per a cupcake.
Amazingly and sinfully delicious! That is all I can say about this place :)
Had an excellent experience. I've only been there once. I WILL be back. I got death by chocolate,I died was sooooooooo yummy�
I'm a regular here and I haven't been disappointed at all. They even brought a cupcake back to the menu that I asked about for a friends baby shower that they hadn't made in about 2 years they told me. Staff are so friendly and nice from the time you walk in to the time you leave. My family and I love the salted cupcake.
Came in for the first time today!! The girl working was very nice and extremely helpful!!! Hands down the BEST cupcakes I've ever had!!! I had a butter finger and a white chocolate raspberry. I LOVED that the butter finger was a white cake and not chocolate so it didn't overwhelm the other flavors with tons of chocolate. I live 70 minutes away, but I will DEFINITELY be back!!
I have tried 5 different flavors thus far and I have to say these cupcakes are by far the BEST pieces of heaven on earth I've ever tasted. My only problem is the strawberry cheesecake isn't a daily cupcake but I just saw they are there today, so I guess I am too! #YUMMY
Only good part (aside from Horrocks) about living in Kentwood!
My boyfriend and I went there yesterday towards the end of the day and we got the only flavor they had left (Oberon beer) and they were amazing! The cake was still soft and the frosting was still delicious as of they were made not long before we arrived! Will definitely be going back and using for special events in the future!!! Can't wait to try new flavors soon!!
Best. Cupcakes. Ever. And the customer service is simply amazing. Couldn't be happier to support a local bakery :)
