What a truly magnificent experience! I joined in Boca a few month's ago and love, love, love it. Knowledgable staff, very caring. I love the environment and what a Zen like feeling after every session.

Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. I have not taken any mess or shots .... just salting and it works! I can breathe and my itchy eyes are gone!
Everyone should spend some time in the salt room. The air is charged with goodness. You leave rejuvenated. I have been trying some of the Mindful Minerals products as well and I love them!!! If you suffer from asthman, COPD, allergies it is a must. But even if you do not, there are great benefits to taking the time for yourself and breathe!
I finally made my way into this much talked about salt therapy oasis. Although I was 5 minutes late for the session, the owner, made me feel at ease and helped me settle in with socks and blanket. She showed me how to adjust the lounge chair and off I went into the land of salt! Each chair has its own headphones and iPod which is filled with an intro to The Salt Suite (guidelines to follow and medical benefits of inhaling the salt) as well as meditation music and a guided breath work.
