I've been going for a couple of months now and have loved my experience. Amanda and her staff are great and the sessions are very relaxing. I've noticed my allergies haven't been acting up as much and I haven't caught a cold since I've started. Highly recommend!

We went for the first time today my mother, my daughter and myself! I have been battling with a cold and had an acute sinus infection and bronchitis this morning my symptoms were unbearable the coughing etc. I tried this as an alternative way to help in the healing process as the medicines I have been put on are very hard on my body! If you have sinusitis, there is nothing better. I used to drive to Delray and am so happy to have one so close to home. It's so relaxing and makes you feel so much better. Amanda, the owner is great! The rest of the staff is super helpful. Treat yourself, it's so worth it!
