Bring socks as you walk on salt in the therapy room. Lockers for your valuables, soothing music playing thru headphones (so soothing, I dozed off). They sell OTC things like masks, soaps, etc for ailments you may have. Monthly plans are reasonable. Kids can come too in their own rm. Gabby was a GREAT help with my 1st visit there. It really opened up some air channels for me and stopped my right nostril from always running; after the first session. Lol. I had my first visit today and my friend Jamie told me this would be perfect for me because she has seen first hand how bad my asthma and allergies are. I'm so happy that I went. I intend on buying the months pass because its definitely the best value!!! I wish a place like this would have been around when I first developed by allergies and asthma 7 years ago!!
