I finally made my way into this much talked about salt therapy oasis. Although I was 5 minutes late for the session, the owner, made me feel at ease and helped me settle in with socks and blanket. She showed me how to adjust the lounge chair and off I went into the land of salt! Each chair has its own headphones and iPod which is filled with an intro to The Salt Suite (guidelines to follow and medical benefits of inhaling the salt) as well as meditation music and a guided breath work. Excited to have a suite so close to home! With sessions running all day, its the perfect mid-day work break. It's not only packed with health and respiratory benefits (that I totally felt after the first session), it's serene atmosphere and friendly staff help me to relax and reset for the rest of my day. My boyfriend goes to late sessions and no more snores! He is a contractor and works in tons of dust and mess so its done wonders. He likes to go right after work to unwind. Impeccable service with one of a kind of experience!!! Held four back -to- back salt sessions while holding educational trainings for Country Life Vitamins... AWESOME! Well received by the participants!
