We went for the first time today my mother, my daughter and myself! I have been battling with a cold and had an acute sinus infection and bronchitis this morning my symptoms were unbearable the coughing etc. I tried this as an alternative way to help in the healing process as the medicines I have been put on are very hard on my body! The experience is amazing! It's helping my bronchitis and I often have sinus/allergies. It's very relaxing - a quiet spa like space. They provide iPods with music, cozy blankets and plenty of kleenex. The gals who work there are very attentive!
If you have sinusitis, there is nothing better. I used to drive to Delray and am so happy to have one so close to home. It's so relaxing and makes you feel so much better. Amanda, the owner is great! The rest of the staff is super helpful. Treat yourself, it's so worth it!
What a truly magnificent experience! I joined in Boca a few month's ago and love, love, love it. Knowledgable staff, very caring. I love the environment and what a Zen like feeling after every session.

Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. I have not taken any mess or shots .... just salting and it works! I can breathe and my itchy eyes are gone!
Everyone should spend some time in the salt room. The air is charged with goodness. You leave rejuvenated. I have been trying some of the Mindful Minerals products as well and I love them!!! If you suffer from asthman, COPD, allergies it is a must. But even if you do not, there are great benefits to taking the time for yourself and breathe!
