The Salt Suite is the best 45 minute relaxation I have for myself. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and the place is always super clean. I also took my nephew who suffers from eczema and he had a great time in the kids room and the session helped him a lot. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a natural alternative for treating respiratory ailments and skin conditions.

My daughter and I have been coming for about 4 months now. When we started she had severe eczema and allergies And would have “ allergic shiners” daily. In the beginning we came religiously almost 4-5 times a week, And slowly I started to see less eczema and less swollen puffy eyes. 4 months in Avery has almost perfect skin and her eyes are never red. I've been going for a couple of months now and have loved my experience. Amanda and her staff are great and the sessions are very relaxing. I've noticed my allergies haven't been acting up as much and I haven't caught a cold since I've started. Highly recommend!
