Had the most amazing massage today! Shan is very knowledgeable and completely made me feel comfortable. I have a lot of chronic pain issues, Shan provided relief today! Sheila (manager) was very accommodating and friendly!

I just experienced full relaxation, which led to a full mental and emotional recharge. Erika Lynne Comer led a yoga nidra (meditation yoga) at the Salt Grotto and for the practice she took us through, the only word I can use to describe it is, bliss. I feel a million times better from when I walked in, the salt also took care of my allergies! I highly recommend checking out their schedule and trying it yourself. What a great way to start the day, thank you Erika!
This place is by far is amazing! From the moment you walk in until you leave you are intoxicating experience of wellness! The place is clean and you walk out feeling refreshed saying wow I feel like I’m breathing so much better. It will definitely not be my last time going. Once you go you will walk out with a package deal of happiness awaiting for your return! Hurry up and go there. What are you waiting for? For me to walk you in lol “Get to Moving” Enjoy 😉
