I have been to see Shan several times now for a massage and have been amazed every time. The first time I came in with an excruciating migraine and I walked out without it. Which I found utterly wonderous! Shan has massage techniques that no other massage therapist had ever utilized on me for my migraines. I highly recommend her, especially for migraine relief (but the entire massage is awesome).
Love loved loved how quick Shiela was able to accommodate me with my neck issues and migraines! I was given an appointment right away and tried cupping as well as acupuncture for the first time! Pain was relieved instantly!! Thank you so much!!!

My first visit and it was very nice. My girls enjoy playing in the children’s room. I will definitely be coming back with out my kids for a little ME time!
Shan is beyond amazing!!! She is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had and the reason I keep coming back time and time again! I love that I am always able to be accommodated with my crazy schedule and then able to walk in and just relax. Definitely an A++ in my book! Way to go with getting such a great therapist!!

What a wonderful experience! Shan is an amazing massage therapist. She tailored her technique to work on the areas of greatest need. Definitely not your average massage! The salt room is also so relaxing, calming and beneficial. I am feeling great after my visit there this morning! I highly recommend Shan and The Salt Grotto!
