I love The Salt Grotto for the salt room, yoga nidra and massage therapy. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind and is a huge help for allergies, sinus issues, headaches, and more.
i have been to every salt room in lakeland where I live and The Salt Grotto is the best salt room i have been in so far. def worth the 35 minute drive for me.
My 4 year old son has asthma and allergies. The moment he would get a stuffy nose, the constant cough would kick in. My sister in law, Alexa Schuman, who owns/runs Uprooted Wellness, suggested the Salt Grotto. It was a game changer! It eases his symptoms and shortens the time of his cough.
