Service was great! Location was great! Staff was great!! If I am ever in key west this will be my place to stay! Everything is in walking distance, 10 minutes away from the airport. During my time of stay the room was cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk was really nice. This was just an overall good location! The pool was very nice and relaxing as well
The hotel is poorly mainted with dead plants, ladders sitting around, a table saw in a walkway and old chairs around the pool. While many of the staff are nice a lot of them are new and the reason why is horrible mgmt. The GM is rude and runs a very poor operation. Hidden behind the plants was water and aloe but god knows when they were last cleaned or filled. The food was nothing special. Beautiful place to stay. Clean rooms and pool area. Great customer service and love the rooftop bar for people watching.
