the front desk staff is terrible single handily ruined our stay from the moment we checked in to the point i asked if there was an issue. i waited 10 minutes for a front desk staff to even arrive to be checked in. renovations were going on and there wasn’t service from the bar/pool.

Great hotel, right in the middle of everything! everyone was very nice, even got a glass of champagne on check-in! The rooms range from very small, up to a penthouse suite with a kitchen. some of them open up right onto the pool. The air conditioning worked fantastic! Our room even had a extra dehumidifier in it as well. The rooms are situated in different buildings surrounding the pool and lobby area. there is an on-site restaurant, and rooftop bar.
