Laundry service is bad My jeans came back with stains And my shirt that had stains still had them !!
Was very excited to stay DT Rapid City, but this hotel left much to be desired as far as cleanliness. The first room we were given had what appeared to be BLOOD on the mattress protector which showed thru the white sheets. We were immediately given free drinks and a new room which also had DIRTY linens. New linens were immediately brought up, but we were quite on edge of what other “surprises” we may find. With a thorough cleaning, we would absolutely recommend, but for now, keep the lights low if you want to keep the illusi... read more
