Was a nice, clean room and hotel with great and friendly staff, the breakfast buffet was awesome!!
We had a wonderful time. The suite was clean and beautiful. The service was impeccable. Loved the staff. We are dinner and breakfast at the restaurant Enigma. The food was delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
Had my reception here for my wedding, the staff were excellent and so accommodating, as well as fair prices for rehearsal dinner, booze, the rooms, and the wedding dinner!
Disappointing. We reserved a King room, but received two Queens. Room cleanliness was lacking (mold in shower, hair on the bathroom floor, splatters on the wall, stains on the carpet). Requested housekeeping service when leaving the room for a few hours, only to find the room untouched upon our return. After placing a DND sign on the door so my infant son could nap, housekeeping knocked anyway.
Lovely Hotel, superb dining room, very friendly and helpful staff
We found this hotel for a one night stay in Rapid City during our vacation in South Dakota. It was beautiful, clean, great beds, awesome décor, and extremely helpful & friendly staff. They had recently been hit by lightning & lost all data for reservations. Despite that they has started paper logs & the managers were awesome! They were smiling even though they had a really rough week. Thank you so much Rushmore Hotel!!
