They do not honor prepaid reservations. After traveling for 10 hours to get to this hotel, we walked in with our PREPAID CONFIRMED reservation only to be told they had sent our reservation to the other hotel. The other hotel (which we did not get a chance to research since it was chosen for us) only had one bed and we had paid for two beds at Adoba. This would be the last place I would stay in Rapid City since they obviously have no concern for people who have paid to stay there.
The staff is AMAZING. ( SPECIALY THE SHUTTLE DRIVER..ROCKS, found time to come pick us up after we had been drinking.). Ya could tell they was doing some construction work. My room was nice & clean, sisters FILTY with dust. ( Which is understanding w/ construction, but DUST B-4 check in). Lounge is a JOKE, band was SO loud, we went to another bar across the street. Staff, comfort & able to drink and mingle in lobby was a major plus. Will for sure be back..
We were always treated good by the staff. Convenient location to downtown stores and restaurants.
