Such a great experience for our family! The hotel is great! Has a nostalgic feel to a time when hotels were elegant, and made you feel special. Sid, the front desk manager, was the show stopper for me! He was incredible! I threw a ton of random questions at him and he answered them all flawlessly. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me the steak at the 445 club inside the hotel was top notch, and he was RIGHT! No swimming pool no guest laundry
I really liked the hotel and it's location. Looks really great on the outside but the rooms definitely need an upgrade to fixtures, the bathroom is outdated and small amenities such as outlets near the bed sides etc. The staff however knew the lay of the land very well and were very accommodating! I would stay here again!
expensive and falling apart. lamps didnt work, air conditioning didnt either but it was deafening. rooms are cheap and in disrepair.
