The application process is long but once you get in place it's not bad. The apartments are small but it's downtown Los Angeles. Management is really great. Moving there save me from being on the street.
I love this place been here going on eight years. Full bath bought my own refrigerator sixty inch flat screen tv queen size bed. Haven't had any problems with anyone your home is where and what you make it rent just right for me!!
Too small, no counter space Micro-fridge. No clouset space.. It's too close to Skid Row...
It's pretty cool so far I just moved in about 4days ago
Management is good. Safe building, especially considering neighborhood. Location is prime.
