Love this restaurant, got in last minute on Valentine's Day. The food was amazing and the combinations were interesting (peanuts and fish) but if you open up your mind you will have some amazing dinner to talk about. <3 Also the Purple Haze Creme Brulee its just phenomenal.

I have never been disappointed. Everything that I have ordered has been outstanding. The Root is a gem. The most delicious onion soup that is unlike any you’ve had elsewhere. Best banana cream pie too.
They have revised their menu and lowered prices to a more affordable level. Service is always great, food is exceptional and wine and beer list are acceptable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We love this place, food is amazing! Not one thing on the menu I wouldn’t recommend... Hard to go to other restaurants after you’ve tried the root. Love their menu changes, hope they keep trying new things but bring back the meatloaf and spinach dip!! ❤️

Love the changes and the menu and the staff and the people. Great place! I had the brussel sprouts with some kind of crazy delicious accoutrements, the baked mac and cheese and the scallops with fennel and yummy compote. I had to take some home because my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Holy yum. Go there now.
