Simply amazing. Definitely broadened my horizon/palette.
Had our family Christmas dinner here last night with 6 adults and it was amazing! We did a 6 or 7 or 8 course (whose counting it's Christmas!) Chefs pairing and it was amazing! Sean was our sever and he did a fantastic job with explaining the good and beverage pairings. It was great because we tried things we would have never ordered had we not done it this way. I had the Shrimp and Grits and it was fantastic! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was fun too! We can't wait to go back!
Great food, service and experience! My favorite is the Tandoori Chicken!! It is fabulously good!!
The scallop appetizer and shrimp & grits entree were delicious. Ambiance of the restaurant is nice too, although I'm not sure about the 80s music selection ;)
The best of the very best restaurant in the whole world!! (Granted I haven't traveled far.) But, this place is truly spectacular! Love Chef James's creations! I wish I could eat the pistachio topped scallops and butternut squash soup every night!Shout out to Matt the bar tender who knows his drinks and wine paring! He's truly one of the best servers out there (and I've served for 8 years). If you're looking for a special place to take your date GO TO THE ROOT!!!!!! :D
