The staff were great. We sat at the bar so it was quite chilly every time the door was opened, which was often. The burrata was amazing. The mussels were undercooked but the sauce was great that it came in. My scallops were amazing. My cousins mahi mahi was definitely undercooked. I think it was a cute place and the atmosphere was cool, however they could work out some kinks and be even better.

It was our first time but it won’t be the last ! Loved this place. We had reservations which is probably a good idea. The service was very good. Our waitress explained the specials very well. The trout special was excellent. Looked good on my plate and tasted good to my palate. Got pecan pie for dessert. Amazing NYE prix fix menu was amazing. Additional $20 for wine pairings was spot on. Great Virginia wines with delicious food was potentially the best meal I had all year. Roosevelt never lets me down and continues to be one of the RVA greats. They also have a great whiskey selection.
