Let me start with a positive. The food was good. Rockfish was great and so was our appetizer. My scallops were less successful. They didn’t have much flavor and the lentils were really under done. But what really ruined the evening was it’s bizarre ending. We had paid the check and my husband had gone to use the restroom before we left. Terrible experience. Went with friends and had drinks and meal at bar. Management was rude and told us we were too loud because we were laughing and having a good time. Go to another restaurant with your friends and don’t go to a place where you have to worry if you talk above a whisper. Many other (better) restaurants in RVA to enjoy time with friends.

Excellent service and great food. The atmosphere was cozy and almost felt like a transport back in time. Will definitely go back!
