Our first visit for a brunch. Found it to be a nice little corner restaurant with charm and good food. 1) The Blue Crab & ham omelette was very good. Nice chunks of crab. The hot sauce was one of the better I've had in a resturant and not from a bottle on the table. Just a personal choice, I like my eggs a bit more cooked, but they advertise slow cooked, so I can't complain. 5 star meal, I had the scallops with polenta and mushrooms. I extremely recommend it! Also the punch cocktail was incredible. �
Dining with my wife and two adult daughters was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed everything, especially the Tuesday night fried chicken. Now I know what rooster sauce is and I ate all my fries dipping into it. It got rather noisy, but that's to be expected in a situation where everyone is happy and pleased with where they are and The Roosevelt is that kind of place. Thanks!
