When I called to return furniture at Roomplace@Store 10, 212 S. Gary ave 60108, they denied that they don't take return even though it well under 7 days. Sofa is very uncomfortable and hurting my back. Recliner doesn't stretch long enough. I had to call 3 times in order get hold of person, 2 times they hung up on me and when I called 3rd time usual answer was we are having phone issue.
I've reached out through every means possible (calls, CSR, emails, etc.), but have finally landed here since no other avenues have been successful. I’m mainly posting this for friends and family since I doubt there will be any response from this post from your company if historical events repeat themselves. This was our first, and last time ever shopping at the Roomplace, and the nightmare is not over.
