Terrible delivery been waiting 3 months for two love seats and two chest. They have delivered twice with wrong love seat. Now there telling me it will be another month
I bought dining table set of 6 chairs for $ 1200 on November 27th, 2019. The company delivered the set on December 3rd, 2019, but unfortunately the table was broken (the delivery men advised that it probably happened in transit or at the warehouse). I had to purchase a sectional because of the place I recently moved in having a conventional pit that made it impossible to fit my older couch and two chairs. Great customer service! Quick delivery! Gave me a great deal for my first sofa on black leather recliner exactly what I wanted and I love it!
The Room Place on Washington St. in Indianapolis has a particularly great management team who is refreshingly competent. They are super knowledgable and quick to solve problems in any way they're able. As long as you listen carefully and take care of things on your end, the whole process will go smoothly.
They do not stand by their products, deliver the wrong or damaged items and offer very little in the way of resolution. I would not recommend The RoomPlace to a dog.

The Roomplace sells substandard products. If there is a defect the warranty company blames the manufacturer and The Roomplace says it's a warranty issue.

I bought a new mattress and several months later the springs began failing. They state that this is a manufacturers defect and I'm inclined to believe them. I contacted their customer service via phone and submitted all requested information by e-mail. After the initial contact, it took weeks at a time to accomplish anything. They finally sent out a technician who said we'd be contacted the following day. We did not hear back, and could not get a reply, for nearly two weeks.
