My wife and I asked for manufactures warranty repeatedly since May 15. We didnt receive any documentation when the furniture was delivered.

I bought furniture a few years ago and I was told by the sales rep ************************* if I paid $100 for the warranty and didn't use it, in the end, I would receive my money back. Whenever I talk to someone at The ********** to get help they are all rude and they send me an email saying now I have to spend $999 in order to use the $100. This is not good customer service and I see why they are going out of business because of lies and not treating customers the right way. I would never purchase anything from them again... read more

I was in the store buying a sofa its price $8457.76 the sales lady named *********************** said the sofas will be white color but they are of white color went to talk to store general manager he says they are closed to white refuses to accept never shop in any of the room place store they will never give your money back they lies to their customers be careful I will never step in the room place or neither people I ***************** this helps someone before spending any money at Room place

I purchased a sectional and i was very excited when they were finally going to deliver it. but once it came i was noticing lots of scratches on the sofa. i went to the store next day and told them i didn't want the furniture and wanted to return it. i know i would never buy anything that has no return policy, at least they didn't tell me that at the store. when i went back to the store the next day after delivery they told me that they have a no refund policy and showed me a paper i signed. but i know they added no return un... read more

Very irresponsible, very poor customer service. Have been waiting for the product for the past 7 months but they have no understanding towards my situation. They are ready to take money immediately and don't feel responsible to any committment. Will never ever buy anything from them ever in future. Supervisors don't care to call back and not available on the phone.

This has got to be the worst customer service in my life. Being overcharged for restocking fees on damaged items that their delivery team damaged. Talked to 4 different managers online since none of them get back with me when they say they will. They also never respond when I reach back out to them to follow up. Exchanged the damaged product for a cheaper product and I am not getting the credit for the full amount owed back to me. Sales did not disclose truth about finance terms. Salesman told me this was a 60 month no interest payment plan. He told me what the payment would be. I received the first statement and it was TWICE that was told at purchase time. I went to the place of purchase to speak with the *** He tried telling me that the payment was high and would drop four dollars per month. We bought a sofa, loveseat, chair and a half, and ottoman from RoomPlace on Michigan Road on December 27, 2020. After purchasing the furniture we were told by the Manager, ****, that he would let us know when the furniture came in and that we wouldn't have any issues with our furniture. Several months went by and we heard nothing from them. Finally, we were give a date for delivery on March 2021. The delivery guys showed up to our house with damaged furniture. I bought a table and 4 chairs from the roomplace and the chairs came with defects, I tried to see the manager. to help me with this situation and he didn't even want to see me. very unprofessional DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE
