I have lived in the building for many years and found the management very responsive to our community and individual needs. The building and team are the best of its kind in the Nation’s Capital.
Patrick, the maintenance technician, is always very friendly and polite whenever I see him in the building. He's approachable and a great presence to have around. Overall I love the customer service and he does an outstanding job and makes sure things are done in timely manner.
I recently did a walk-in tour at The Rodney and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and helpful the staff was. Candice showed me a 1-bedroom unit and she was absolutely wonderful,friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The apartment itself was clean, well-lit, and I especially liked how close the building is to the Red Line, which would make commuting a breeze.
