I just moved in, so I've had lots of questions as I acclimate to the new building and apartment. The management office has been so helpful, extremely accessible and they have stayed consistently in contact with me, working to address and resolve things as they come up. Thank you!
Packages are routinely stolen in this building. Management can’t even be bothered to reply to emails about the issue.
I wrote a review a couple of days ago but don’t see it. I will rewrite that review but here is more information: I locked my door accidentally at 10 last night and the management refused to have some one bring a key until Tuesday. I called multiple locksmiths that advertise 24 hour service and all of them said they could not come until after 8 am (I will review them too.) but with respect to the management company, Borger, I would avoid this place at all costs.
