Don't go in the off season (winter months) as the service is not as good as during the summer months when they have a larger labor pool.
From the moment we pulled up to unload our bags until the time we left, we received excellent service! The staff were so kind and helpful the entire time. We loved the Club Level lounge as well as our room on that floor! The lake view was incredible from our balcony. We could not have enjoyed our trip more and will definitely go back!
Absolutely beautiful hotel! The setting is gorgeous. The staff was great, food is delicious. And I woke up to a winter wonderland
Staff was amazing. Love the area and all the activities in the property. Staff was amazing and very courteous that went above and beyond in service. The only thing I would improve upon is the rooms and bathroom they need a slight renovation the shower is very small . The property is 18 years old and just needs a slight improvement but five stars other than that
So much to offer the entire family! A wonderful resort - decorated beautifully and one heck of a New Year show!!
