Amazing service from the moment we pulled in. Special note of thanks to Lee at Gaby’s. We had a late dinner and were the only people in the restaurant. Our dinner took much longer than what according to Lee was Ritz Carlton acceptable. So he took care of our check! Totally unnecessary but greatly appreciated. The entire staff was extremely cordial and helpful and I can’t wait to return in the spring with friends to play a little golf!
Third year going to The Ritz-Carlton Lake Oconee Resort. Relaxing for the adults and fun the kiddos! Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a getaway!
My family and I took a short trip to the Ritz at Lake Oconee earlier this month and really enjoyed ourselves. The surroundings we're beautiful and serene, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Even though we have a strictly plant based diet, they were able to accommodate us with yummy options. (One qualm I have is the lack of vegan or dairy/egg-free desserts. We like sweet treats after dinner, too.)
I enjoyed the surroundings and the bar areahowever for Ritz on a Christmas day i thought people might have made more of an effort to dress up. Lots of slovenly ill attired people belying the classiness of the establishment.
The Ritz at Lake Oconee has become our family’s Christmas tradition. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Our daughter loves Ritz Kids and especially Allison who is now part of our Lake Oconee family! Thanks again for another relaxing and amazing stay.
I had a very good experience here the decor was beautiful my room was very nice the food that was cater was excellent and I must commend the staff very nice. Ever time I passed one the always spoke and asked if I needed anything I loved it. I will be back. Oh the bed was to comfy
