I attended a US Trust event. I was over the moon with the hospitality of the staff. Being a born and raised New Yorker.. Your staff put me at ease!... EVERYONE went above and beyond their call of duty...kindness, respect and genuine interest in the guests was superb...I will visit again!

I am writing this review in hopes to reach others with the same unpleasant experience. On May 11, 2018, I visited the Ritz Carlton at Lake Oconee with the purpose of uniting with friends for the afternoon. My friend and I decided to attend Gabby’s for lunch at 11:30 and wait for our other companions to arrive after 3:30; which is the check-in time. My mother and I had a great stay; we were in town for my niece's wedding. We requested a full lake view room, however we did receive a partial lakeview room and it was beautiful. The staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Attention was brought to the owner about our room situation. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds most of all, and we look forward to our next stay in the future.
We attended a conference at the Ritz Carlton on Lake Oconee. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable! Everyone calls you by name and must take notes because the staff remembers your personal preferences. This is customer service at it’s finest. I would highly recommend anyone come here for work or pleasure. The conference room was set up beautifully and the catered events in the “Forest” and the Lakeside Lawn area were on point.
