Fantastic location and superior customer service!
We love to visit the Ritz at Lake Oconee whether it’s for just one night or for longer. Every single staff member is extremely helpful and friendly. This stay I accidentally left my swimsuit hanging on the back of the bathroom door. They found it, called me and are shipping it to me for free. They always go above and beyond. Food is also excellent! I recommend the lobster grilled cheese at Gabys!! Love this place!
Great place to stay.
We are fortunate to come often- and the staff and resort are beyond fabulous. We had a slight hiccup today with our check in and after speaking to the sweet manager, Drew, they quickly fixed the problem, treating us with the utmost respect and kindness. One of my favorite places I’ve ever traveled too. Thankful it’s only a little over an hour away!

Seamless perfection from check in until checkout. Wonderful breakfast, gym, spa, dining, pool. Best place to unwind & reconnect without a long drive from Atlanta. No airport required.Staff is amazing
We had a fantastic time at Ritz-Carlton Lake Oconee. The food & drinks were great. The friendliness of the staff were great and the pool/lake activity were great. A place to relax and enjoy life.
Love this place. Easy drive from Atlanta, great staff, great place to relax and water views...look forward to our next visit.

Our favorite Ritz property. Excellent customer service. Travis poolside was the best! Patrick and Brian down at the dock helped my boy with fishing and were great!! We will be back soon.
