The Ritz is known for their service. And we’ve stayed at many over the years and have had exceptional experiences. Amelia Island... Bal Harbour... Bachelor Gulch. Each and every stay has been memorable. So too has been this one- but not in the way you want to remember your stay. The service is absolutely horrible. From a 45 minute wait for your salad that comes out wrong.
