Service at the Riz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe is exceptional. One forgets what a pleasure it is to be surrounded by people who take pride in their work. Hats off to the new chef. The Manzanita restaurant was spectacular - from the humble Cesar salad to the ambitious tomahawk chop.
