Lovely hotel and the staff seem nice but our lunch service left a lot to be desired! It took a while to find our group a table and then on asking for bread and milk for my 1 year old, not only did it not come until we'd finished our meal but the bread was rock hard toasted & they charged us for the milk, which on the menu it says is complimentary up to 2 years, a small thing but on principle- I didn't realise until we'd left as they ushered us out to make way for new guests as it was packed. Such a beautiful property and every staff member was over the top helpful and nice! We especially enjoyed our stay because we got to bring our doggies with us! Thank you Ritz for the wonderful time, we will be back soon!
