Such a beautiful and well run Ritz. Arrived 6 hours before my check in time and without any hesitation or hassle was given a room early. The concierge (Robert B.) also sent up a very nice bottle of red wine after accidentally sending me on a hiking trail that ended up being closed (2.5 miles in). The personal hand written letter and quality wine was a very much appreciated and enjoyed. Thanks again
The perfect summer getaway! Views are incredible, and service outstanding. Stop by and say hi to Matt the Concierge he took care of all of our needs. And don't miss the s'mores by the fire.
Wonderful stay. Staff are always so pleasant and friendly. Very accommodating. Bartender made my husband a green smoothie. Delicious and exactly what he needed following a 12-mile run!
The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe staff have made our stay here absolutely wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel or the lovely people who have taken such good care of us. Thank you especially to Nick, Robin, Jason, Chris, and the rest of the guest services and in-room dining staff. You are amazing!
The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The scenery was amazing and the our stay was beyond perfect. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
