The service at this Ritz in the restaurants and bars was very average. Our room was next to or under some kind of kitchen or banquet room and at 4am we would be awakened to the sound of what sounded like tables being dragged across the floor. We were literally unable to sleep from 5 am on every day. When we complained to management about this nothing was done. I have never had such a disappointing stay at any other Ritz.
Such a nice property and the staff is wonderful to work with. I mat Michelle Matsushige Wood for the first time and she was so nice, bubbly and friendly.
This is a great idea! Beautiful country and accessible to everything!!
Superb service. Everything is taken care of in thoughtful and elegant manner.
