I really like this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and serene. I would have given it a 5 star rating but at 940pm on a Saturday night the only place to get food was from room service. My friend and I sat at the outdoor bar having drinks and enjoying the outside fire pit and would have like something to nibble on . I travel extensively and feel that this Ritz-Carlton could at least offer appetizers in the bar past 930pm.

Excellent customer service! The housekeeper wrote me a lovely note hoping that I felt like I was at home! Here is the only downside; the "gift shop" is more of a high end boutique, which is great unless you need hairspray or if you were hoping to but a souvenir- these things are just not available. Also the hours sucks 10-5 !?
