Great hotel, amazing atmosphere, good staff. The cleaning of my room was good but not perfect, as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The minibar was empty. I really enjoyed the location and the flute player at the top of the hill!
Thank you so much for delivering a perfect experience for my daughters sweet 16. The Casita was beautiful. Special shout out to Kyle who communicated with me daily until we arrived and arranging this party. Also Jonathan who drove all the girls around all night. Very highly recommend and we will be back again!
Great venue, excellent food and staff. I definitely recommend staying. A great weekend getaway or place for an extended stay. I highly recommend taking a hike and stargazing.

This was only my second time at this Ritz-Carlton location, but as always, the Ritz never fails at terrific hospitality. My spa services were amazing and I need to especially recognize Laura for her professionalism and for one of the most relaxing spa experiences that I have ever had. I was a bit disappointed with the spa pool service, as I was during my last visit. One of the most beautiful and peaceful places with incredible customer care. Totally loved this place. Terrific hiking, biking, tennis, spa in beautiful surroundings!!
