This was my first stay at a Ritz-Carlton and my experience lived up to everything I had ever heard. The doorman was beyond helpful, the gym is larger than my gym back in NC, service was top notch and the rooms are unbelievably inviting. The bed...oh my word, the bed was heavenly. Cannot wait to go back!
